Earn Finder's Fee by referring prospect buyers to us

Hi I'm Emelie Abing a Salesperson under Affiliate Broker John Paul Paquibot of Flaminia Real Estate Center. I'm marketing Mactan Newtown in this website but if you're client is interested on real estate property like house and lot, you may still refer prospect buyers to me.

How does Finder's fee work ?

Since you have a lot of visitors, followers, friends, subscribers in your website you may do these:

Repost, share, twit, link back to my website pages such as http://ompmactannewtown.blogspot.com/ and www.recebu.com ( NEW main real estate site is still under-construction )
If somebody will ask / comment about the project, you can send her / him a private message to ask her email add, contact number and inquiry. Once its clear what project or unit she is interested with

How will you be able to monitor the sales progress

I need your Gmail email address for me to share you the Google spreadsheet ( real time update ).
I will share you a Google Drive Spreadsheet where you can see the prospect buyers you referred to me. From there, you can see our conversation, what services rendered like ( send the project info, computation, site tour, final total contract price reserved, submitted the required documents , professional fee releasing, after sales services rendered, etc. )

How much you can earn as finder's fee

Referral fee is from 0.5% to 1% depending on the price of the actual project unit your referred buyer will reserved.

You will see in the google spreadsheet how much is it ( ex. 6 million x 0.005 = 30,000 pesos )
